4 years ago, the very first version of FATXplorer was released. If you’re curious what the v1.x line looked like, here’s a picture:
FATXplorer has come a long way since its early days. If you compare that picture to the looks of the current version, you can see it has improved dramatically over the past few years. It has grown from a simple explorer shell to having a fully-featured Windows Integration driver, and it’s still not done! There’s still more on the way! 2.6 is planned before the end of the year, which is going to have a lot of improvements. A beta will be distributed to customers when it is ready. It’s going to have an updated integration driver, numerous backend changes, and several interface enhancements. There won’t be any significant new features, but there are plans for 2 more Toolkit View additions in the near future.
To celebrate this occasion, a coupon code has been created. Enter it during checkout and you get 100% off your purchase. That’s right.. FREE! No strings attached, but the coupon is only good for 5 uses, so make sure you act fast before someone else does! I will update this post when the code has been exhausted. Limit one per customer!
