Version(s) Affected: 1.1 and lower

Cause: This is not a problem with your connection. A file has been pulled from the server that v1.1 and lower rely on.

Solution: Please download v1.2 from the downloads section on this website.

The file was removed from the server many months ago, but it seems that a lot of people are still running v1.0. So please update to v1.2, it is a completely free update for customers.
