License Key Not Received

  • If you receive an order confirmation email, but no license key, check that your order is complete and not pending payment. This is a common situation with the bank/wire transfer payment option, which may take a few days to clear.
  • If your payment is complete and you did not receive your key, check your spam folder. If nothing is there, you probably mistyped your email. Contact FATXplorer support for help.
